Do I have to be home during my dogs pick up and drop off?
During your Meet & Greet, we will set up access to your home so you never have to worry about being home during pick up and drop off.
Why does my dog have to wear a harness with a back clip?
Your dogs safety is our top priority! Our van has been outfitted to keep your dog safe during transportation. The harness will allow us to ensure your dog is safely secured while we are out and about.
Can I drop my dog off?
Our service includes pick up and drop off directly to your home. There is no need to bring your dog to us.

How many other dogs will be joining?
We keep our groups small to ensure each dog in our care gets the time and attention they deserve. A maximum of 8 dogs will be present at any given time.
Why is there a minimum once a week commitment?
This isn't your typical daycare setting! We pride ourselves in keeping our groups small and familiar. A once a week commitment ensures that your dog will remain in routine and know what and who to expect to ensure maximum enjoyment.
What's the daily schedule?
We run 2 Day Camp groups per day. Our first group is from 9:00AM-12:30PM & our second group is from 12:30PM-4:00PM.
Do you offer Multi dog discounts?
We offer a $10/day discount for second and third dogs from the same household.
Can any dog sign up for dog camp?
All dogs attending Day Camp must have never shown any signs of aggression towards other dogs or people. This is a social space for dogs that enjoy interacting with other dogs. Excessive barking, mounting or rude play behaviour is not tolerated.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations on file. DHPP, Rabies & Bordetella. Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered.
Flea & Tick prevention is recommended from May-Oct.

How do I book my dog for Day Camp?
Once we have completed a Meet & Greet for you and your dog, you will be set up with our online booking system that makes booking your dog for Day Camp quick and easy.
Where is the day camp located?

We've created the perfect space to meet your dogs wants & needs.

What if the weather is bad?

What if my dog gets dirty during play time?
A dirty dog is a happy dog! During certain times of the year, it is likely that your dog will get wet & dirty while having all the fun. On these days, we do our best to towel off your pup and get them as clean as possible before their ride home. You should however plan to ensure we leave your pup in an "okay to be dirty" space in your home upon their return.
What if my dog is cold/hot?
Your dogs comfort is important to us. On those extra cold days, our warming hut is outfitted with heated floor mats as well as a dedicated space heater that runs while the pups are out playing, giving them access to a warm space anytime it is needed. During those hot summer days, your pup can choose to play amongst the trees where they can enjoy fun in the shade. We also have doggie pools for some water fun.
